“Nice space for 7 grownups and 3 children. Nice kitchen with a lot of utensils. Nice center and the area is very tranquil , the beaches are nice and so are the chiringuitos on the beach . We would love to come back when it’s summer ! ”

“Villa Perla is a beautiful home from home with all that you would expect in a luxury space. The accomodation is beautiful and spacious and the garden and pool area is lovely. Great location to walk to the beach and great restaurants and beach clubs. Lots of great golf courses nearby too. Julia the host is very excellent and very responsible to any queries or issues. ”

“Excellent location close to transport links to get to Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola all within 10 mins from the property by train or bus. Great pool and lovely spacious property. The host was very helpful with information on where to go and how to get there. ”

“We were a party of 8 ranging from 5 years to 80 years and the villa was very spacious inside and out! The heated pool was a big hit & was enjoyed both through the day and at night. Plenty of board games and a good selection of reading matter. The villa is very well equipped, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in one that was better equipped!ideally situated to enjoy the beach resorts and beautiful Mijas village. ”

“This villa is very well located and a very good fit for a large group. The hosts were helpful and communicated well. I will say that the downstairs heat (as we went in February) didn't work too well and that the couch is in need of an upgrade (just not very comfortable) and the two guest bathroom had very slippery tubs, but we purchased some bathtub mats to keep them safe. But the overall experience was excellent and I would book this place again. The pool is lovely (even in February heated.)……

“Firstly, the communication in the run up to our stay with Elena and Dmitry was amazing. They dealt with all our requests quickly and with care. First impressions of their beautiful villa are impressive, and it’s thoughtfully and smartly decorated and furnished. All rooms are well maintained and sized for a larger family. The villa has all modern conveniences, and is spotlessly clean with little touches. Our kids loved the pool and trampoline! Honestly, one of the best villas we have stayed at,……
