“From a rice cooker to coffee grinder, this condo had everything. It was so well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything you need; groceries, bank, errands. Pools, hot tubs, facilities are all excellent. The neighbours and neighbourhood make it worth coming back. We stayed for 3.5 month and would come back in a heartbeat.”

“Like the title says, the property was very clean and very comfortable. Well stocked and thoughtfully, organized the decor created a peaceful and relaxing environment at the end of a boating day. Air conditioning, ceiling fans kept us extremely comfortable nice quiet neighborhood, we’d stay again.”

“What a perfect place to stay while in Havasu! The location is great with the beach in front of condos and the convenient parking in back. The place was clean and very homey. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and dinner wear for us to make meals which was very nice and convenient throughout the day as well! The owner answered every call I had with any questions and is so sweet! Will definitely be staying there again! We had a great weekend!”

“The property was clean & smelled good. We were about 5 minutes away from the bridge & all of the restaurants/bars were nearby. The neighborhood felt safe/secure & there was plenty of boat parking. We stayed 3 nights & I don't think we ever saw another person at the complex, would definitely stay again!”

“Great little condo! In laws live in Lake Havasu City during the winter. It was our first time being there this time of the year. This condo fit needs perfectly. Great view and location. We walked down to the London Bridge a few times during our stay. We got to see the lighting of the Christmas lights which our son loved. ”
