“The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change. ”

“It is a nice resort hotel at a prime location. The food at the restaurants are good. My only complaints are not free bottle waters provided at room (the shop can be far considering the scotching sun), Internet is super slow. You can not bring work to this resort. The message is clear.”

“Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. The room was always clean. The service by the staff was really good. They are polite and patient. And they also surprised my husband and I as we got married during one of the nights. Will 10/10 recommend Ibis Perth to friends who want an accommodation in the city when in town. Super central location! ”

"This hotel is absolutely filthy! As soon as we checked into our room, we were greeted by a cockroach in the kitchen. I tried to kill it, but it scurried away faster than I could react. Then, to our horror, another cockroach made an appearance when we opened the wardrobe. Honestly, from the moment I stepped into the room, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t wait for my two-night stay to be over. The following day, when we returned to the room, another cockroach was waiting for us behind the front door, as if to "welcome" us back. On top of the pest problem, the hotel’s internet connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to get anything done. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost !"
