“From booking to checkout, everything was smoother than a Hilton hotel pillow. Communication? Prompt and friendly. The room? Massive. I could’ve done cartwheels (I didn’t but I could’ve). Comfy bed, spotless and exactly what I needed for a couple of solid nights of peace. Bonus points for loads of parking and a security guard keeping watch overnight like a hospitality ninja. “The image on Hotels.com does not accurately represent the room I booked. I reserved a deluxe studio, and the photos indicated that there was an induction cooker, along with a mention of a small kitchen. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was only a microwave and no induction cooker. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, I was informed that they bear no responsibility for how Hotels.com advertises their rooms. This situation is quite frustrating.”
