“It’s a nice hotel. I love it.”

“It's comfortable but the check in and check out process experience is the worst I had ever stayed before. They can't find my booking record and explain it's hotel.com's fault. We spent a lot of time to confirm the booking record. And then, after I checked out, I found they charged me additional fee $2700 but I don't know why. When I would like to ask them why the fee happened, I received the refund message from my credit card bank. I am not an american, so the credit card bank would charge me……

“This property was a good value for the money. The staff was friendly and efficient. The bellman superb, with helpful information on parking, checkin and the area. Lots of restaurant choices but be sure to check google before you pick one as there are several fine dining ($100 ) establishments mixed in. On-site breakfast - Omelettes and French Toast were VERY good as well as the service. Continental breakfast was ‘free’ if ordering from the menu. Not so great - no clear direction on the……
