“Our week long trip with 15 people was cancelled one hour before check in. Supposedly due to a gas leak… Ironically they weren’t able to communicate that until I reached out asking for check in instructions that hadn’t been sent like they should have been. ”

“This place was great! The location is perfect. We barely needed to use our van to go places. Like the other reviewers said, this home is located steps from the Pacific Coast Highway which can be pretty loud at night with muscle cars and motorcycles trying to be super cool (if you know what I mean). Earplugs may be a good suggestion for those who sleep lightly. Melanie was incredibly fast at responding and went out of her way to bring us garbage bags and a bike pump one day. We especially loved……

“My husband & I enjoyed some time with our adult daughters and this place was perfect for us.Even better than advertised! We all loved the amazing views and sound of the crashing waves. It was the perfect location with the grocery store across the street and being within walking distance to a lot of cute shops and restaurants.We would definitely book this place again. “We stayed 1 month for a surf vacation with our kids. Perfect homebase for daily surfing with Mom while Dad worked from "home". Grocery store was close and kitchen is stocked for cooking that allowed less eating out. Owner is onsite and will accommodate reasonable requests. ”

“What a beautiful home /garden vacation home this was for myself and 4 girl friends we traveled from Texas and had a great time catching up for 3 days we tanned , relaxed, we were able to see Santa Monica one day and Los Angeles the next bc everything was about 30 mins away . Place was clean freshly cut I have no complaints and will recommend this vacation home to friends and family in the future ”

“Condo was in a very nice neighborhood. The manger was very quick to respond to a question we had about getting inside . Loved that the neighborhood was very quiet for a good nights sleep after our busy days . Would suggest different chairs around kitchen, since the cushions don’t offer back support and also bar stools with back support and sofa was a bit worn too . Bed was very comfortable , and overall highly recommend staying here. The floors were definitely dirty, but everything else was……
