The house has beautiful historical details, lots of super clean bedrooms and big rooms with comfortable furniture for a family gathering. I grew up nearby but now live out of state and it is great to find a nice centrally located place to host family events. The owners were very responsive and provided what was needed to make our stay special. Thank you for sharing this Victorian beauty with us. ”

“We were a group of 13, and this house was awesome. Plenty of sleeping space and something you don't get with homes with 6+ bedrooms--every bedroom was nice, had a closet, window, etc. Two living spaces is nice. Great views from any room. Very well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this home!!”

“This house was perfect for a quiet and relaxing week with the family…. We were close to Ann Arbor and were able to go see a U of M softball game and tour the campus. It’s a beautiful 45 minute drive to U of M. We spent most days fishing at Wamplers lake which was only 20 minutes away. The house has plenty of room for friends and family to visit and is set up perfectly for a family bbq with a large deck with a table and umbrella. Everything is there that you need to cook. “Nice property but we did have some issues. To be fair, the host did their best to correct them.The biggest issue is that the house is on a well and the drinking water was terrible. Be sure to bring drinking water with you.The second issue was that the house had very poor water pressure, probably do to the well. Be sure to check with the host before booking to make sure this issue is fixed!Overall we had a very positive experience and the host was great to work with.”

“The property was very clean inside. Cozy living room. TV in the master bedroom was nice so the kiddo could hang in the livijg room and watch what he wanted. Right on the lake which is beautiful. Great communication with the host.”

“I was very pleased with my stay at this property. It is located very close to a little downtown area with small shops and restaurants. I stayed 8 days and the beds were comfy the upstairs tub was my absolute favourite to kick back relax and soak after being out in the cold all day. I definitely will stay here again in the future I adored all the charm this place definitely has.”
