“This is my second year to stay at Comfort Cove for the annual "Gimme Shelter" (GS) kayak fishing tournament and community event. I came back because my experience last year was so positive. Last year I was here solo, this year my wife came along. It's close to the activities near the campground meeting pavilion and boat launch. My wife says she loves that king size bed. The view is great. We discovered a new nearby restaurant, the Surf Point Coffee Shop & Bistro for breakfasts and lunch and……

“Nice hot tub, well set up employing use space and cute outdoor. We had minor issue and it was communicated maintenance would check but they never arrived. Still, for the ambiance and price located in harbor it was nice. When we stayed the park was fairly empty so nice and quiet”

“We were only here for one night and the weather was too chilly to take a dip in the pool. Parking was close to the guest house/pool. Nicely decorated but it’s small. Fortunately lots of outdoor space! Bed was very comfortable. Nice towels and many toiletries provided. Perfect location if you are looking to tour the Redwoods. Two things that kept me from giving 5 star rating were: there was old coffee(how old?) in the pot and the refrigerator is located outside of the unit and it wasn’t clean.”

“We had such a lovely time in this unique vacation rental! Staying in the old lighthouse was very charming and access to the roof with views was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. This is the kind of place I always hope for when looking on vrbo - character, charm, and also easy access. The room was smaller than anticipated, but with just the two of us we didn't mind at all. “We spent the weekend in this unit (#3) and upon arrival we were a bit apprehensive as the outside doesn’t look great but once we got inside it is a clean, cozy little place. And the location is perfect for accessing all of Mendocino and the headlands.The bed is full size, so a bit small, but comfy and we managed to trip a circuit breaker by using the coffee pot and the heaters at the same time . Overall, a cute little place for the weekend.”
