“I liked the property, the room was really different than what I’m used to (in a good way!). The room had everything I could need. Fridge, freezer, steamer, projector, etc. The bathroom was a good size; LOVED the shower! The projector was fun, but it was hard to use the remote. It had to be at a certain angle to work, not possible to use while laying down in the bed. The loud noise the projector made after 30 minutes in watching something sort of put me off it which was disappointing. The thing……

“I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Best Western Golden. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome—some of the friendliest and most helpful people we’ve encountered at any hotel. There was a gentleman working the front desk who was visiting from another property the owners have, and he was absolutely fantastic. He offered so many helpful suggestions about the area and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The……

“Clean. Good breakfast. The employees even check the temperature to make sure it’s heated properly. Beds were not comfortable; not supportive. My hips hurt all night. Great pillows. I thought it was weird that there was a bill under my door in the morning even though I paid well in advance. They tried to hand me the same thing before we left. Pool and hot tub were great. The beds are the biggest thing for us when we stay somewhere; we probably won’t be staying here again. ”
