“Friendly staff ”

“Worst thing is getting to your room a mile away from reception, only to find that the room keys don't work on the last day. This is despite the hotel bill being prepaid. Are they expecting us to walk off with the 10 year old telly? It's a terrible practise, and certainly not unique to this hotel, where the stay was otherwise fine and the bar food pretty good.”
