“It was a good place to be, especially as people who really just needed a place to sleep and relax in at night after running around all day. It was nice and quiet, very close the zoo, which was very nice, and pretty comfortable. We had some mild issues with getting the Internet to connect to our phones, but communication was easy and quick enough to sort out any issues we ran into.”

“The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“After figuring out how to use the codes to get in, this spot was our favorite part of Philly. It was clean and exactly what we needed for respite. It did get loud as people were leaving the bar downstairs and the street cars run into the wee hours, but we had everything we needed. And, street parking was plentiful.”

“The space worked for us, but was a typical short-term rental: a little sterile, would be hard to live in, with some quirks. The house is the only painted and gentrified-looking one on the block. Our key was left in the apartment door when we checked in, which I didn't love. There should probably be a lock box.
