“My daughter & I had a lovely stay at this darling property. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and the location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Located in a quaint neighborhood it was perfectly located near family we were in town to visit in nearby Rockland & Braintree. Easy drive to/from Boston Logan & had we gone into the city during our trip it would have been an easy drive. Parking is right at the front door.Some reviews mentioned barking dogs & crying children. No dogs to……

“Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. We were in the area to meet up with friends, and didn’t plan on doing any cooking at the apartment, and that was a shame. The appliances were brand new, including the 6 burner gas stove. We did use the coffee pot and the refrigerator, but ate out every meal. Rick has supplied a great……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Seaside Cottage. It had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay. Robert was very accommodating; he provided us with a list of places to visit and local eateries. He was available to answer any questions we had and if he was out his wife was there if we had needed her. The place was clean and stocked with both bathing items and kitchen items like coffee, tea and creamers. It was a great neighborhood to walk around and see all the unique houses and……

“Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking. ”

“This is a charming place to stay, close to the water and the airport. We rented this two-bedroom apartment for a week this June. We stayed here once before in 2023 and it felt like returning home the moment we walked in this time. This place has everything needed for an enjoyable time exploring Boston and Winthrop. It has ample space for four adults, a big table for dining and the sofas are very comfortable for relaxing. The new, high-quality pillows are also a big plus. We will try to rent this……
