“We enjoyed the oceanfront view, pool, atrium and even got to hold the Macaw they had!!! We enjoyed the pool up until we found a roach crawling on the emergency float. We also had our toilet clogged which took over 30 mins and 2 calls to get handled. The maintenance guy was super nice and got it fixed in seconds, it’s just the principal of the situation. ”
