Our family of 6 adults were in for a wedding in nearby Smithville and we couldn’t be happier about our stay! “Staff was very approachable and helpful. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Towels were the best of any I used during my three weeks of travel. The bathtub/shower was slow to drain. Minor issue. ”

“Great place to stay, we were lucky and no one else rented a room in the house so it felt like you had the place to yourself. Nice bathroom, adorable house, tv, fridge and coffee maker in the rooms. Owner was fast to answer questions and respond to us. Would stay here again. ”

“The manager was very friendly and welcoming. The place overall was clean and comfortable. The issues encountered: bathtub had a ring, i had to scrub it in order to use it. The liquid soap dispenser was empty. There were no tissues. Only one washcloth was provided for 2 guests. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet, it would be more convenient for your guests to have a free standing toilet paper holder or affix one to the wall. ”
