“AC actually broken first 2 days. This house does not have a balanced AC system. Two upstairs rooms are so uncomfortable that we all had to sleep in the partial basement room. It was the only room in the house that will cool to what the thermostat says. Winter time I’m sure this is a great place to stay. Summer….PICK ANOTHER HOUSE!!”

“Absolutely loved the house!!! It was a perfect size for me and my friends. I do wish the second bathroom was slightly bigger but thankful to have 2 in the place so it doesn't feel crowded. Layout was beautiful and loved having breakfast in the front yard and playing games in the loft. Would definitely stay again ”

“We needed a spot for the family to hang out for my nieces graduation, this spot is great for that. It has plenty of sitting area and good kitchen area. The back yard is big and has nice sitting area. If needed we would stay here again for sure. ”

(Basic things, - no parties, no smoking)They left water bottles in the fridge and we had access to use the garage. Very comfortable stay for 5 adults! Photos in the listing were exactly what we saw when arriving!”

“Everything was better than expected. Beds were all comfortable, plenty to keep everyone entertained. The location is great as it is so close to a grocery store and restaurants. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, we frequently had people over prepping wedding stuff and the house was more than accommodating as far as space. We had 8 adults and a 18 month old stay at the house. The checkout process was so easy. We would definitely stay here again, ”

“First off the house was as shown in the pictures and description, new build clean. But it is surrounded by the construction of the other units so the parking is little to none. The garage is made for a compact car.you can fit one car in front of the garage and by the house if the contractor isn’t parked there and they will show up in the morning and block you in so you have to find some one to move the trucks and deal with that the whole time. The host was responsive to the situation, but they……
