“The breakfast was okay (a little lacking with some items either not available or not put out with the rest of the food, like maple syrup). “I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “I love this property! But at the time of my stay the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly (maybe had an off day) and the dryer was not working. There was no out of order sign posted. I had already washed my load and had to run out to a laundromat to dry my clothes and it was just inconvenient. At checkout the lady that checked me out was very friendly, welcoming and super helpful! Overall this is my fav hotel when flying out of BUF! Super close and very convenient not to mention their……

“The hotel had warned us that they were having renovations so we knew in advance that some areas would be affected. It was well managed. Decent fitness centre (although some equipment needs repair). As there are no changing rooms at the pool, a dressing gown in the room would have been nice. Very good dinner. Very helpful staff. ”
