“The host is super super super responsive and kind and accommodating! we loved everything about the house, we stayed there for a mount shasta trip, we were late to the game so there were no places closer to the mountain. No regrets about staying here, close to everything.”

“Was in the area only for the weekend. Nice lil cabin in remote area. Amenities were great, close to ricer. Communication was perfect. Notified me of a music fest happening that weekend, and return mailed an item i left be hind. Def recommend!! ”

“Overall we had a really good stay and would stay again. The only issues we had were about some of the amenities. The pool table was one of the reasons we picked this house over others but it was unusable. A cheap table, poorly put together and not level at all. It was impossible to play a game. The hot tub was nice but the first time 2 of us got in it, it overflowed and immediately shut off. We went underneath the deck the next day to see what happened. It was plugged into an extension cord and……

“Property was spacious and as advertised. Pool was a swamp and uncovered. We were not planning on swimming but this was a potential hazard for our young children. Kids got hot tub folliculitis because hot tub was not very clean. House was pretty rough around the edges (ie carpet stains everywhere, fake wood floor panels with gaps and soft spots, exposed light bulbs with no covers, pool table in disrepair etc...). The third full day of our stay a lawn service was present for most of the sun lit……

“Beautiful lake location. Loved watching the evening sunset from the deck. Lots of room to spread out. Lovely quiet neighborhood. I don't recommend trying to get down to the water if your senior or carrying a child. Great retreat are so close to boat rentals. Thank you so much!”

“We had a large group of family/friends stay at this place for 4 nights. There were several adjustments we had to make to be comfortable but it was an overall positive stay. Although we knew there was no a/c, it was 105 degrees when we arrived and the home was around 94 degrees inside which was too much to handle, so we had to open all the windows and hang out outside until it was cool enough at night to come in. Also there was no ladder to climb up to the top bunk bed and there was a 74 year old……
