“Staff member Michael was amazing and took amazing care of me and my family when our first room had issues and even checked in on us during our stay and made sure we were doing good Michael needs to be paid more. Amazing staff member. ”

“The staff could not have done more for me, friendly cooperative helpful. The TV was giant--too bad it did not work. Reservations were a huge pain in the arse. An adventure in unnecessary frustration. EXPEDIA inserted themselves in the process obstructing everything. Could not enter my hotel membership card. Could not access the two discounts I had. In the end, when I signed out I was given a receipt with NO AMOUNT on it. How much did it cost me? I think I should dispute it with my credit card……
