“The Grey Owl was a precious surprise! We (3 adults) had the best room, Melody's Roost, and it was spectacular! Stained glass decor, massage beds (!), a sleeper sofa with privacy screen--it's listed for 5 but it could sleep 4 adults and 2 well behaved small children on that sofa bed. The tub and shower in the master bath are epic. The room was quiet, and the grounds were gated so parking felt as secure as my home garage! Teresa greeted us and was so sweet! “My friend and I spent 4 days at this property in St. Simon's Island for some rest and relaxation. The location was wonderful; across the street from the beach and within walking distance of the lighthouse, pier, restaurants and shops! The property was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to the property owners to provide just a little coffee (k-cups) so guests do not have go in search for that first cup of coffee in the morning.
