“The house is beautiful and peaceful and so spacious. Beach access just steps away and very private - fantastic walking or just hanging out beach area. We loved the screened in porches and the sunrise view from the top deck was storybook. Pools and hot tub are quite a distance away, but very nice and we rented bikes to get there, which our teens really liked. The kitchen is incredible - spacious, well appointed, high end appliances. “This cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The decor was lovely and it was located in a quiet neighborhood with downtown very closeby. We visited Apr 30 thru May 4th 2025 and the weather was delightful. The ferry to Cumberland was another wonderful day 9am- 3:30 pm departing downtown. Went to Local Dockside steak and seafood sitting outside with a waterview for dinner and we had the best shrimp ever so had to stop for lunch before diving home. Our host also was kind……

“Great walking access to the beach, only couple of blocks away. Vehicle access to property is best if compact vehicles only. It is true, parking for two, but…if two vehicles, turning around to get back out is somewhat challenging. I submitted a few suggestions to help improve stay for next visitors, but we definitely enjoyed this small two bedroom, two bath property. Nothing fancy, I would visit again for sure!”
