“The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location with the dock. We were able to bring our boat, fish, and crab. It was incredibly relaxing! The neighbors were extremely nice and very helpful!”

“The house was exactly how the pictures showed !Cute and cozy ,and clean ! Im a country girl and felt at home sitting on the porch,enjoying the breeze. The sound of the ocean was a bonus!! Quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and morning walk on the dock. Overall i enjoyed my stay appreciate the hospitality of the host and would booked again !! ”

“Perfect house for a long weekend. Clean, cozy and great communication with Maxine. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Cambridge. ”

“The Red Oyster House (ROH) is just as charming as can be. The hosts have put a lot of thought into the details and have provided many amenities, both small and large. Bathrooms are well-appointed with supplies and, most importantly, lots of hooks! The kitchen is quite small and not great for cooking large, complicated meals, but it is well-equipped. We made use of the gas grill. The fire pit area (firewood provided!) is a lovely area in which to hang out at sunset. The sunroom, which runs……

“This property has some good qualities. For one, it is right on the water, and you have access to three small beaches and good fishing. It was nice to wake up and drink coffee next to the waves. The house was stocked and seemed to have everything we could’ve needed. However, for us, the negatives far outweighed the positives here. Most significantly to me, the property did not mention that the outdoor amenities - the fire pit, grills, and boats - are shared between you and the adjoining property.……

“The location was perfect; you can walk to the beach, stores, restaurants! Chesapeake Beach looks like a scene from Gilmore Girls! 15 minutes from a larger town with more options. 40 minute scenic drive to Annapolis or D. C. The house is small but perfect for 2 people! Be aware that the master bed is a standard size, but the second bedroom has a daybed and pull out bed! The back yard has some insecure spots if you bring a pet, but we used sections of our pet pen to cover those. And no dishwasher,……
