“Had a hard time getting ahold of host at first and couldn’t access the house for a bit. Found an open and unlocked bedroom window and the laundry was a mess but we did end up being able to use it. There was also a neighbor yelling in the streets our first day. Other than that, house was newer and comfortable and close enough to the caverns for easy access. We would stay again if we were back in the area. ”

“Awesome place to stay and have some quiet time. Mrs. Kitty is wonderful and maintains a really nice property. RV spots, apartments and hotel rooms. Hard to beat in the Carlsbad area.”

“We were glad to find a dog-friendly property on the south side of town for closest access to GMNP and Carlsbad Caverns. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and we liked the proximity to our hikes (under an hour’s drive). The yard wasn’t really dog friendly as it was just weeds and rocks, but it was fully fenced. The house was clean and had plenty of soap, paper products, spices, etc. ”
