“The property was well maintained and exactly as the pictures show. We really didnt use the kitchen but it was fully equipped for making a basic meal. Full size laundry, garage use, pretty sure a TV in every room. We were so busy with the national park and other planned activities we weren't around much. It was comfortable and met all our needs. ”

“Poor, unattractive neighborhood, dirt front yard without any landscaping and an old Dryer sitting on front porch, near front door. Living room looks baron with only a couch against one wall and TV. on the opposing wall. It is the only TV in the house, none in any bedroom, no dishwasher, no family dining area, no mirror in master bedroom, not even in connected half bath (over the sink?). Toilet paper too far to reach in main bathroom. Completely disappointed in property and price.”

“This property was perfect for us and was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was good. Location was good for our plans. We visited Roswell Art Museum/planetarium and Carlsbad Caverns. This was a good home base. We enjoyed watching movies in the evenings on the big screen TV in the very comfortable living room here.”
