And I prefer to use the stairs as much as possible but two of the three lights in the stairwell were out so I had to use my cell phone flashlight in order to see where I was going, which is certainly a safety violation and against the law. I mentioned this at the front and the young man said he'd told the management about this at least a week ago and it still hadn't been addressed.”
