“Location is desirable with 20-min walk to the Bus Station. Reception staff are kind and helpful. Safe and tranquil even walking back from Bus Station to the hotel at 9-ish pm. Free carpark and breakfast 👍 Minor drawbacks：no fridge and telephone in the room. Hotel phones can be used in the lobby though.”

“The Nest is a great self-contained, first floor, two-room apartment (kitchen-living and bedroom-bathroom). It has been decorated and fitted out with modern and comfortable fixtures and fittings and is warm, quiet and spotlessly clean. The welcome tray of a few little treats, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge was a nice touch too. I'll certainly book again!”

“Hotel was clean and comfy. However it also states the property has leisure and spa services where as the option is still closed. One of reasons I booked hotel. But beds and everything else was good. Could have paid £20 less if it wasn’t due to the hotel stating it had these facilities ”

“Lovely staff. I got a late check out for£25 extra which was amazing after a night out. The hotel is really lovely. By a gorgeous lake. Nothing was too much for the staff. I was given an extra blanket on request. I would not hesitate to recommended this hotel with lovely country pubs a walk or uber away. Thankyou. Amelia Jones”
