“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……

“我大約1時到達酒店.預計放低行李後等下午三點才可入住.當日天氣炎熱.前枱服務員態度非常有禮貌. 好笑容.還給我提早入住.令我非常感激.我一共住宿了四晚.整體基本上設施齊備整潔.雖然不是每日執房間.但也有每日更換毛巾.添置廁紙及日用品.所有員工都非常Nice &Helpful .可能我入住了無障礙房間所以洗澡時如拉上浴簾後顯得有點光線不足.基本上今次住宿非常滿意.只是如可住高層小小及價錢再便宜點就更好了!”

“The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. “My allocated room is right above the lobby entrance (room 230). The window to my room is viewable from anyone walking into the lobby so I have to shut it all the time. This made me woke up at 1am with the sudden commotion at the lobby. Wifi is ridiculous that you have to join the hotel programme to use it. So easy to click pay on the UI and I had to ring reception to get it sorted. Only good thing is you can borrow dyson hair straightener. ”
