“Super cute little place! The only reason they didnt get a full 5 stars is because the washer and dryer weren't working and there was no extra toilet paper or papertowels. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, everything was really nice inside and out! We were in town for a softball tournament and the games were a little later on sunday then we thought, so I asked if we could checkout a little later and they let us. We really appreciated that, it made it a lot easier to come back after the games……

“The Hobbit House was a wonderful find! It felt like somebody took time in each room to make it like they would want it if they stayed there. Quiet location. Parking right at the door. Central a/c. The hosts are great people who communicated well. We look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend! ”

“The location was great access wise. It was close to a bank so lots of traffic when we got there and the some of the occupants in the cars were "questionable". We were worried it was going to be noisy but once inside it was very pleasant. Very clean and had just about everything you need. We were comfortable and will definately consider staying again should we be in the area. The price was great! Thank you!”

“This place felt so private and secluded but lacked no modern comforts. No frills, just a clean, modern, comfortable place to have a great time with friends and enjoy the outdoors. “We stayed 3 nights. There were limited bath towels (4) hand towels (2) and kitchen towels (0) and no food prep bowls. There were a few frying pans & pots, but no bowls to prepare food. THE HOST WAS EXCEPTIONAL in immediately resolving all our concerns. He had towels delivered & helped us figure out how to use the heater.
