“Every staff member was excellent and extremely helpful in meeting our needs and modeled a sincere caring nature. My wife and I stayed the night before surgery at Forsyth Hospital which was 4 minutes away. My daughter and I spent 3 additional night since we were from out of town. We were in a handicap room and when showering there was a pooling of water outside the shower curtain which made for a fear of falling. “When I booked the room it wasn't clear it was a smoking room. The water pressure was low. And when we got ready to leave a car parked right behind my truck making it impossible to get out. I went to the office to find out who the car belongs to they said there is no way for us to know we dont collect tag # anymore just go knock on doors it took a two hours to get out. ”

“If you are ready to be pampered in the most lovely, historic setting then the Zevely Inn is for you! Our room was cozy and the made-from-stratch breakfasts served by the innkeeper absolutely delicious! “The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”
