“Had a great time there. Loved the setting, right along the river. The unit is cute - decorated in a forest, fishing theme. The kitchen had what we needed and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for renting it out. ”

“10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. ”

“Miles was a fantastic host. Super friendly and all communication was straightforward and timely. The property is small, but felt spacious for one person. Having a full sized shower and washer/dryer was incredibly nice. The kitchen was not built out when I stayed, but the kitchenette was more than enough.I enjoyed the location. “The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. “This is the second time we rent the Roloff Farm. we loved it so much the first time that we just had to plan another vacation.we loved the fact that the boys had their own area to hang out at.
