“The place was updated and comfortable. However the house is next to a bar courtyard that plays music until 10:15pm. You know when you are in an apartment and your neighbor is playing loud music? It sounds like that. The bass, drum and muffled lyrics are unescapable. Pair that with the regular train noises every 30 mins and you may want to look elsewhere if you go to bed before 10:30. Everything else was great! The owners did a great job of renovating and the full kitchen is awesome! ”

“This is a very well appointed basement apartment and was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Communication with the manager was excellent. Place was spotless and there were no noise issues from upstairs neighbor. Laundry access and machines were great. The weather was nice and I spent a good amount of time each day enjoying the private outdoor space.”

“This was clean, quiet, lovely, and spacious. Beautfully appointed, we had nearly the entire house. The "coffee bar" kitchenette was accurately described and posed few problems, since the event we were there for covered most of our meals. Convenient location in the southern part of Portland. The upstairs room staircase is steep but it's huge and with a cute giraffe theme, and it has its own window a/c. Would definitely visit again.”
