“The location of this property is outstanding. It is right on the beach on the Casco Bay. The host was very kind and very knowledgeable of the Portland area, which was very helpful. The house is old, but very clean. The only issues we had were there wasn't a coffee maker and the garbage the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was broken.It was a perfect place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Maine Coastline.”

“I cannot say enough about the location! Our two families rented the upstairs and downstairs units, and were very happy with our stay. Great communication with the owner, well-appointed, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great location for beachgoers. The unit is just enough for a family of 4 or smaller. We could see the sea from our room. Our host was extremely attentive. Window unit ACs and a heater are available but open windows work great. I used the AC, fan or ear plugs at night. The area is very quiet but noise from neighbors cars or other units can be heard. Great place for the price. Its also walking distance to Scratch Bakery but note that many places are closed monday and tuesday. Atleast in June.……

I reached out to Mollie and she was very accommodating in lowering the price for a full 30 day stay. When we arrived, the property and accommodations were perfect. Mollie had a bottle of Rosé awaiting with very clear instructions and information about the area. The kitchen was stocked to the gills with anything you would need to include a large supply of Keurig……

“A true gem right by one of the most atmosphere beaches in greater Portland (I grew up here so know them). Quiet, lofty in the trees, fantastic outdoor decking. Steps away from Scope ice cream and Scratch Bakery, two independent food destinations run by locals. Hope to book again for next time.”
