“Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed.”

“Very quiet peaceful getaway right on Lake Seneca. The property was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the fire pit and hot tub overlooking the water were wonderful ways to relax after exploring Watkins Glen and the local wineries!”

“We had a wonderful weekend going to the Seneca wine trail event and hiking around the local area. We travel with our dogs often and the fenced in backyard was amazing. The house was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a weekend on the wine trail. Close to both wineries as well as multiple state parks and national forest it was perfect for us. The beds weee comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we could want. ”

“Beautiful outdoor space and proximity to Lake Seneca! The house itself was spotless. Excellent kitchen and the game room was perfect we played lots of pool and other games. I’ll bet it is amazing in summer and fall, hot tub was great too - my daughter tried it out!”

“Lotta House was such a nice get away. We went in December so was cold. But still so nice to be on the water. Plenty of winery’s still open. House was easy to enter. Very clean perfect for two couples. Easy communication. You won’t be disappointed. ”
