“We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. “We loved this property. Very modern and comfortable, the most clean property I have ever stayed in. The listing is accurate as far as it goes, but I think it should be made clearer before booking that the road leading to the property is VERY steep and narrow, having 4WD was helpful on the way out. And also the 2nd bedroom is only accessible from the deck, it's not directly connected to the main floor of the house. For people with children, that could be an important thing to know. I only……

“Check in was a breeze since the instructions given were very thorough and detailed. Cabin was clean, neat and stocked with amenities as advertised. Lakefront was beautiful with lots of water sports equipment available to use. Driveway and walkway to the lake front is a little steep which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. Host was promptly responsive to any questions we had. ”

As a bonus, it’s super close to the lake where you can rent a boat from Lansing Harbor or go hang at the park there - only 3 minutes down the road. And it’s 12 minutes from Ithaca airport.
