“We stayed at this property for a reunion with our Canadian family members. The house had erythi everything we needed and was lovely. Although it rained and was cold most of the weekend, we were able to use the backyard firepit in between rain drops. We had a wonderful time.”

“While I was nervous at first because of a previous review that I saw after booking, I am pleased to say that there were no problems with my stay. When contacted by Breezy with check in instructions I was informed that the location was newly renovated to include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that the parking space has just been upgraded to be able to fit 2 large vehicles, and that if there was not a tenant currently there was always touch ups being done to improve the quality of the stay, I was……

“Our big family of 16 enjoyed this entire house and amenities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the downstairs area with arcade and games was non stop entertainment for the entire family. We enjoyed the fire pit with lots of chairs and could even see Lake Cayuga from our windows and front porch. We were close to the local marina to rent a pontoon and close enough to all the fun in Ithaca. The house is 55 minutes away from Watkins glen making it a perfect spot to see……

“This was for a mom’s weekend away and we had a wonderful time! The house is huge and clean. The beds comfy, and many of them king size. The location is private and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Great location close to vineyards. The toilet in the hall bathroom and house water pressure was a bit of an obstacle but the sellers said they would be addressing it. It wasn’t a big enough deal for us to bring up until we left, so I know they will fix it :) But with 7 ladies needing showers before going……

“Entire extended family was able to stay together for our son’s graduation. Location and both interior and exterior spaces were excellent. Host was receptive and helpful throughout the process. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Property was well kept and very spacious. Had more than enough bath towels, & bathrooms were stocked with extra toilet paper & hand soap. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. Property could use more necessities in the kitchen to make sure it accommodates lots of people. Consider updating property description to indicate 3 of the 9 bedrooms are accessible only via another entrance. All in all had a great time!”

“Nice property. Difficult to find the thermostat to adjust the heat. We rented the entire home. The set up was a little confusing, but we contacted the home owner and were able to figure it out.”
