“Property was in an excellent location, walking distance to many great restaurants and Seneca Lake! It was also a quick drive to many delicious wineries on the north end of Seneca Lake. Communication with Karen was so easy as well and she made check in and check out a breeze! The unit itself felt very safe and was so clean. It had many nice amenities and was so spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the Finger Lakes! Only minor concern is that we could hear cars on the street……

“Spacious one level property. The full bath was definitely a highlight. It was beautiful! Everything was very clean. Overall it was a great space. Some notes for improvement: 1. Temperature. There’s 1 AC unit & a thermostat but the thermostat couldn’t go below a certain temp so we had to keep the fans on at all times or else it wouldve been uncomfortably hot. 2 Security. “This place is as listed and shown in pictures. It’s a great location when doing a wine tour. My friends and I had a weekend visit for a wine tour and found the location convenient. “If you love nature, quiet and are fit enough to climb stairs to a loft to sleep, this is a wonderful place to settle in while exploring Ithaca and surrounds.
