“ Peaceful, Perfect, and Even Better in Person!We had such a relaxing and memorable weekend at this beautiful lakeside cottage. It’s even prettier in person. Cozy, spotless, and stocked with essentials. The location was ideal for both adventure and downtime, and the price was just right!We kicked off our stay with a lovely evening at the nearby Stonecat Café with great food and live music in a relaxed setting. The next day, we hiked through Watkins Glen, enjoyed a laid-back lunch at The Oar……

“Exactly what we needed! Beautiful, clean and organized inside, calm, peaceful and secluded outside. Would definitely love to stay again. No issues, no worries, close to the lake and boat launch. Close enough to towns and restaurants but secluded enough that the only sounds you hear are nature. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!”

“Beautiful area and quiet. Kids loved it. The yurt had all the amenities we needed. The fresh ground coffee in the French press was good. All the instructions and information provided on site left us without any questions and helped make the stay enjoyable. Wi-Fi was great and super-helpful. Good location to go adventuring.”

“Another wonderful stay. The cottage is always pristine and comfortable. We appreciate the additional touches each year (new sun shade etc.). We especially appreciate the addition of towels and linens. ”

“Cute rustic cabin tucked away with a bit of property for kids and dog to play. Easy access from main road. Check in/check out was a breeze! Would have liked to have been closer to somewhere with direct lake access - we listened to workers cutting tree limbs down most of the time. Owners were very thorough with amenities provided and great to work with. We did not locate any sheets for the pullout couch - we thought that was included with the linens, but I guess we should have brought some……

“This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend……
