“Our running team for the Seneca7 relay-race needed a place to stay the night before the race, and a few of us also several of us hadn’t met one another before. The enormous main space was perfect, and included a pool table, a piano, a phenomenal sound system, and very comfortable furniture. The rooms were perfect, and the upstairs loft bedroom is gorgeous. Everything was top notch. Well worth it. I just wish we had time to stay a second night and recovery there too. ”

“This place is as listed and shown in pictures. It’s a great location when doing a wine tour. My friends and I had a weekend visit for a wine tour and found the location convenient. We were close to wineries and BBQ’s. Yum! I would just make a note that there is no tv (if you want to watch any). “If you love nature, quiet and are fit enough to climb stairs to a loft to sleep, this is a wonderful place to settle in while exploring Ithaca and surrounds. I came to the region specifically to take carpentry classes at Hammerstone (which were fantastic) and we wanted a quiet homebase to rest, relax and really get a feel for the area.
