“Nice cabin made out of rough cut lumber makes a nice family retreat. Love the building and location that appears to have been built by the owner. Plenty of room for 8 of us with beds with linens and room to spread out. It's on a small cliff side on the lake with a beautiful deck, stairs down to the water, and a dock on the water. I can't believe some old reviews criticize the amount of stairs? It's on a cliff side, what do they want ladders? Crazy. The stairs are very sturdy with a nice hand……

“My husband and I have stayed at this cabin three times now and it never disappoints! The location is perfect! Close to many nearby activities but away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed going to the Windmill, Oak Hill, a couple wineries, we went kayaking and fishing! It was a great weekend! Will definitely stay here again!”

The romantic cabin was set a little bit further from the other two on the property and right in from of the adorable pond. The owner was incredibly sweet and made himself available for anything we needed. Everything was clean and well planned out. “This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend……

“The frog house was better than expected. Though it is an off grid property, it had all the amenities we needed, from plenty of lights to a charging station for our phone to firewood. It was impeccably clean and the location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. ”

“This is a convenient place to stay if you are visiting the Cayuga Lake area, especially the wine trail. Be aware that their policy is to provide only one towel per person. If you are going to swim, definitely bring towels, as you are not supposed to take them off the property.”
