“The house is beautiful and well maintained! We had a great time using the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to cook for 12. We had such a great time, I don’t think a tv was turned on … except for the movie playing in the theater by our 20 something’s! Can’t wait for the Haunt convention next year as we’ll be back! Thanks for a great weekend!”

“Clean and updated. Comfortable. Would have preferred better access to media programming....Netflix, Prime for better televiaion watching. Close to whatever we needed. 30 minute drive to Philly. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely little place to stay, located near a few shops and able to travel into Philadelphia within 30 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet no loud neighbors or dogs barking all night so that was great! It is an attached house but I didn’t hear the neighbors at all but home that we weren’t too noisy for them. Host accommodated our requests for a travel crib and toys are at the home. The house is over 100 years old so it is very creaky when you are walking around, and when you are napping a……

“Very cozy 1 bedroom suite. The perfect size for two single adults. Could accommodate at least two more - has sofa bed. Nice layout. The Host thought of everything! It’s a home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Grocery store is nearby. I enjoyed my stay!”

“This was such a perfect spot for our little family! My son (5yr old) LOVED the pool. We had such a nice time visiting the animals next door, Erin was so sweet and let us pet the alpacas and feed them. ”

“This house has a ton of potential, but right now it is not rental ready. Lots of seating areas but no coffee tables. A pool table replaced the dining table, and the room is too small for a pool table. And the house really needs a dining table! Needs a coat of paint to hide large spackled areas and markings all over walls that are more than just normal wear and tear. If you cannot do stairs, this is not for you. There are stairs to literally every room in the house inside and out. The stove is on……

“My kids & I stayed at Stephanie’s for a billiards tournament at the Greater Philadelphia Expo. We really enjoyed the location in cute Conshohocken - walkable to coffee shops, small restaurants with a grocery store nearby. The WiFi was super fast, apartment was tidy and super clean.- just what we needed for our short stay.”
