“Well…we were only given one towel per person for 5 days. We could request more but they don’t respond to texts. We reached out to host via text per their request to speak to them about some issues we had and wanted to address but never received any communication from the host. So although it was clean and met our basic needs, for the price point I expected better communication.”

“We booked the house for one night as a stop between Zion and Sedona to visit the Grand Canyon. The house and beds were clean, and everyone had a great night's rest after a long drive. Thank you. ”

“Property was great overall. It was located in a great place for easy access to all things including Grand Canyon, Bearizona and other scenic areas. Flight got delayed and arrived later than expected, but they made check in work. The only downside was not knowing the later until I called, so may have been out of luck if I just showed up.”

“It is a beautiful property and very well located. Only 10 minutes from Flagstaff, half an hour from Williams and "Bearizona", and 1 hour and a half from the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed them all. The game room was fantastic! Evenings in the chalet playing pool, ping pong, and foosball made it a terrific family outing. Thank you very much, Jim and VRBO.”

“Had a fabulous time with 9 family members and our two pups. The hosts were amazing and accommodating with questions and requests. Will be happy to return and enjoy the cabin in different season! ”

“This cabin is not only (large) family friendly but also pet-friendly, which is much appreciated! Alice was easy to get in touch with and friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our time out on the large decks.”

“Very clean and well appointed three bedroom cabin. Great location off of a hilly Neighbourhood in the trees. The backyard extends into an open forest for a couple of acres. Nice kitchen, great TV and couch and fireplace. Large wrap around rear deck with grill. Great for Family and a dog.”
