“The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon……

“This property was adequate for our stay. The location to Grand Canyon is fairly good although next time, I will stay in a hotel in the park or in Tusayon. The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. Overall, the cabin was clean, although the linens were very low quality (think hospital sheets) and did have some staining (not new stains but maybe a remnant from commercially laundering.) “We stayed in this charming cottage for two nights while attending a graduation at NAU. Its proximity to town and campus is an 8/10, but the short 5 minute drive is more than worth it! “This property is exactly as advertised: cute, clean, functional, and perfect for a single or couple. House is easy to find and a quick walk to the historic downtown with exceptional restaurants and shops. “No toaster, clean side of washer and dryer with lints, didn’t use the machine. Small hole in front of door and left dish rug for next people to use, under the stove grill was not clean, but didn’t get to clean it. We would have stay another night, graduation was over. We really like your place.”

“The TV remote was not defaulted to channels that are subscribed to. I do not know if I was operating the minisplit correctly. I would have preferred the window treatments were better at blocking out light, particularly in the morning because I awoke too early. The bed was very comfortable and the minisplit cooled the area well enough after an hour.”

“This place hit all my basic requirements: comfy bed, natural linens, ice!, all the right cooking stuff including salt & pepper and oil, a grill, tissue; it's incredible how these simple things are not provided by most hosts. "This hotel exceeded my expectations, although the price was a bit over my budget. However, its great location makes it perfect for exploring the Grand Canyon, and the service is exceptional. I arrived early, and they kindly allowed me to check in without any extra charge. When I discovered that my window was blocked by a wall, they also accommodated my request to change rooms. The coffee and tea in the lobby were delightful. If I plan to visit the Grand Canyon again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."
