“The house had everything we needed and more. It is located near Reptiland, the Hiawatha Riverboat, Pine Creek Gorge, and other family friendly attractions. There were plenty of places to eat out. The ice cream shop around the corner was a favorite stop. The kids loved the arcade but the real treasure was the scenic creek just steps away. It was the perfect location for kayaking and fishing with newbies.”

The property is beautiful from the amazing farm views during the day to the hundreds of lighting bugs at night! You can hear nothing but the beautiful sounds of mother nature! “We had the opportunity to stay at Linden Lodge for our son's baseball tournament in State College. The location was perfect - close to all local attractions but on a quiet secluded road. The views of the winery below were magnificent. Highly recommend visiting the winery as it is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. We hope to return again!”

“We needed a stay that was dog friendly for purposes of meeting up with family at Knoebels. The ride to Knoebels was a breeze, 15-20 min. Place was easy to check in, clean, easy parking out front, working AC units in all rooms. Fenced in back yard was a plus, and the town park is a very short walk away for dog walking. Comfortable and quiet. If you're taller than six feet tall, watch your head on the stairs, lol. ”

“This property set up as a nice location for daily trips in to see the Little League World Series. The location was pretty good for that, and the residence itself was very comfortable and pretty much exactly as advertised. Communication is the host was very good. ”

During our stay we went over to the campground to swim and spent an evening at Knoebels. We will be looking to stay here again next summer! ”

“My two brothers and I met up for a 3 day fishing trip to Spring Creek. This property was perfect for our mini vacation. The house was very nice, clean and well suited for the number of guests. The location was quiet and close to Spring Creek but not too far from groceries stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The addition of a washer and dryer would be very beneficial for guests on extended stays. ”

“Thanks for sharing your welcoming cottage for our stay! We enjoyed kayaking and I took the rowboat out and caught a 20” LMB across the Lake from the decision city. The anchor rope broke as it was frayed at the end. Also the ants were very assertive in the kitchen until we put all food in the refrig.Best regards Tom and Sylvia”
