“We came to this house so we could attend the Savannah Banana's baseball game! I don't know which was better! This house or the game! It was only about 20 minutes from the football stadium. The house was just as expected from the website description. I am grateful for the reasonable price for such a beautiful place to stay where we could make some great memories with family and friends. Will definitely come here again.”

“This was a much needed solo vacation from the stresses of life. All yo be one with nature. The cabin and area fit the requirements perfectly. Me being me (causing issues/having ?’s) spoke/messaged the owner multiple times. He was a nice, easy-going kind of guy who was eager to help. I could see staying there again. ”

“Our stay was around when Helene Hurricane came through, Sept 27, 2024. The power was out so the cleaning person wasn't able to finish their task prior to our check in. However, there were clean linens and towels in the basement next to the washing machine. We also had trash bags, clean dishes and running water but no power. The cabin was nicely located in Seneca which wasn't far from the university. The cabin was also easy to find. ”

“Great house. The location is perfect. The sunsets are beautiful overlooking the water. Kids now have a love for pool and NBA Jam. ”

“Four of us convened here for four nights, had a very nice time. Property is accessible and has right amount of serenity that we were looking for. Very quiet, spacious, pleasant. Good restaurants nearby as well.”

“Came to the area for an event at Furman & college tours in the area. This was a great location central to all our activities and just a few minutes to downtown Greenville. The house was very clean and afforded quality family time together. Loved visiting with the bonus pets too! Proerty is u ique and charming! Communications with owner very prompt too. Hope to return one day!”

“For nature lovers. Rippling sound of Little Saluda River soothing. Outside chairs provided the opportunity to enjoy. Microwave and refrigerator were nice luxuries.”

Lots of resting places...porches, around fire pit, down at the lake. Could not ask for a better place. Lots of room, very clean, beautifully decorated. Hope to return one day.”
