“My wife and I stayed at the Trio Loft for a quick weekend getaway. The loft was clean and in good order as advertised. The check in process is smooth and simple with BNB’s guest portal. For those of you that are coming for the first time to Greenville, the parking garage recommended for this unit is safe and extremely close to the loft. There were a couple cosmetic items inside the unit that needed repair. The ceiling in the entryway is peeling and ceiling in the bathroom could use some basic……

“We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, place was very comfortable and clean. Ample towels and kitchen amenities. We enjoyed the clubhouse area with a pool table and local restaurant/ brewery. ”

The host is top notch, always with quick answers to what seemed like a lot of questions. “Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”
