“Hotel location is excellent, and the WiFi is also good for its speed and way to access. There was a false fire alarm during my stay. The staff handled this situation pretty well. ”

It seems to me that only having one manager on the floor after normal daytime hours is really lacking responsibility when it comes to customer service and security/safety. “We had a handicap accessible room to accommodate our special needs child and his equipment. The room was spacious, easy to maneuver his equipment. The bathroom was also handicap accessible with ADA style sink, plenty of grab bars in the tub and toilet, as well as a shower chair. Best location to stay to accommodate our kids. Location was also 2 blocks from Main Street, awesome stuff!”
