“Our third time in the little ol’ school was great again. The property has everything you would ever need for a longer or shorter stay. You could live there and feel like kings in the country. All details are perfect. And the surrounding meadows are getting even prettier with new flowers, a terrace and bbq. The great white oak watches over you. ”

Everything was great as all accommodations were met and other than getting food from the local nearby grocery store and our own personal things, nothing more was needed. Everything went so smoothly, other than our two dogs being home sick and whining at times, which ended up entailing a 7 hour round trip back home to leave them there with a sitter as we felt it was too much for our little fur babies to endure being in a strange place without us and better to……

We loved the location which is both close to Lenox restaurants, as well as, the southern Berkshires for food markets and activities for kids. Mary, your host, has thought of everything to help you feel comfortable and very quickly to adjust to your home away from home. It is very well located so that you can easily visit the many places of interest nearby. The rules for checking in and out were clear and simple. We are delighted give this a 5-star rating. David and Ben will return, for sure!”

“We rented this property for our yearly “friends group” vacation, and we were not disappointed. The view from the deck and yard is beautiful. It was the perfect backdrop for some yard games and hanging out. The house itself had plenty of activities and room for a group of guys to keep entertained for a couple of nights. Wilmington had just enough amenities to be convenient but still rural. Tony was extremely responsive and accommodating, as well. Overall, it was a perfect rental for the weekend. ”

“This is a great little house in Pittsfield. Location was perfect for us, as it's just a couple of miles from our son's apartment. It's a beautiful farm, tucked away on a back road. It seems "rural" when you're at the house, but it's actually right near everything you could possibly need. The owners were great with communication and very accommodating. We hope to be back, and it's great to know that the house has enough room for our other kids to join if they want to. ”

“We only were able to stay in the area for 1 night but hillside haven was idyllic. The adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and back deck and the kids really loved the arcade games and backyard. My family met up with my brother and his wife and the suite above the garage was the perfect space. The hosts have literally thought of ALL the extras (shout out to the makeup wipes and Qtips!) and were very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything or had any questions. 10/10 would return…. Hopefully……
