“Loved the privacy of the stand alone cottage "down on the farm." Was perfect to get around the entire area and see all the sites. Everything was an easy drive, and downtown Staunton was like 5 minutes away for anything you needed from restaurants, Walmart, Historic Downtown with the shops, but you felt like you were in the quiet, peaceful country.Unit was adorable and well appointed with everything we needed, and was cleaned and taken care of well (especially considering how old the place……

“My mom, SIL, and I took a much needed three day weekend away to visit the Maple Festival and spend some girl time together. The Cabin at Back Creek is the perfect spot to do that. The proximity to the sites of the festival is perfect; we didn’t feel like we were in the car too long and the views along the drive are amazing. The Cabin is perfectly situated on the creek to enjoy the sounds of water and birds while relaxing on the porch or in the hot tub. Highly recommend a visit if you want to get……

“Our stay was excellent and the property and surrounding area was bliss- private backyard backing up to a creek, quiet and scenic, just wonderful and just as described. The house was well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for my family (and our two dogs) to enjoy for my birthday weekend. The area is very remote which makes it a great getaway from the busy DC area. Will definitely return again ”
