“This property was perfect for 2 couples. Spacious and well supplied kitchen. Plenty of clean towels, hot tub and nice outdoor space. Enjoyed the deer that visited everyday. Convenient location for enjoying the coast and hiking.”

The tiny home was clean and we'll stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable! The loft area with bed and tv are perfect for a family with kids. We will definitely be back with our grandkids next time. There are so many restaurants to choose from right in the harbor and there is a Safeway just a few……

“What a great home, fully stocked with equipment and utensil for cooking. Hot tube setting surrounded by redwoods. Just lively. I would stay here again. Only concern is tge set of stairs to main floor. If your ok to climb tgen its the perfect place. We want to return again next year.”

“The cottage was an absolute gem. The bed was hard to leave each morning, absolutely comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature the entire weekend. The beach was a minutes drive, as well as the town of Mendocino. We were able to drink our tea in a tiny building overlooking Big River. We will definitely be back:) ”
