“Everything we expected and more!! the place is very private. very clean. our twin toddlers caught their first fish in that little pond. the view from the porch is nice and relaxing. there is an awesome hiking trail 4-5 mns away. we saw alot of deer on our last day. This was our first time in Marble Falls and we loved it!”

“Loved fishing off the veranda!!! Overall the place is great! Place needs a deep cleaning. Could use a couple of mixing bowls. If the windows in the upstairs bedroom had shades it would be great for the kids sleeping in. Instead they are up at dawn bc it is so bright. (It would also help with cooling off the room). We will know to bring our filtering pitcher next trip. The water is a little fishy tasting. We enjoyed the place & will book ot again!”

“Best location. Housekeeping not the best. Floor had leftovers. Inside and patio. Couldn’t use my assigned parking spot because a stranger took it for 2 days even though I left a note. Internet went out multiple times. Over all I would stay here again. ”
