“Such a cute, well appointed, very clean & functional living space! And we loved sitting on the swing in back and watching the deer come and go along with the sunset by the creek! Within walking distance of lots of fun shopping, eating & touring places, but much more quiet than along Main Street. We would definitely recommend staying here! ”

“We selected this home for the location to downtown, but got so much more! The inside was perfect for the two of us and so well decorated and cozy. The outdoor area was just beautiful. We had coffee overlooking the creek and enjoyed the deer, squirrels and birds that visited. We highly recommend this property. ”

“Great place to come back to at the end of the day. A freezer with ice would be nice, and the hot tub was malfunctioning. You couldn't control the temperature. It was to be looked at but that didn't happen. Other than that it was very nice.”

“Very cute cottages and they were very clean. One thing we didn't care for was the lack of a person to speak with on the property or nearby. I am also sad that breakfast is not included. But it is a lovely clean place to stay!”

“We try to come to Llano every year to play golf and visit state parks. This was a very nice place to stay, very comfortable. Had an issue with charges that was not resolved.”

“Absolutely loved this single room hotel, it is perfect for two people and is right off of Main street which is convenient. Just a few things that prevented me from giving an extra star. The shower had a slow drain so the whole time you’re standing in a couple inches of water, since my stay was two nights, I chose not to reach out to try to get another room. There was also left over solidified soap in the shower from the previous guest who used the soap bar. A towel hook was loose and I would……

“The property is located in a very nice place the property is very well kept except this time when we walked in there was some slats on the bedroom window there were broken we called the people and they apologize and said the people that were there before us we're a little rough so they probably just didn't notice it when they were cleaning up before we got there but we really like staying there and we'll be back again thank you all so much”

“The property is quaint and offers a decent amount of privacy considering it is on a main road. It is very cute and comfortable. It would be a bit of a walk to downtown, but parking is plentiful and free in Fredericksburg so that isn't much of an issue. Inside the property, space is limited but it is well thought out and doesn't feel cramped. There is a bit of a dip entering the driveway which could cause problems for cars with low clearance. Overall, it was great experience that was over too……
